The Students' Association is split into three departments: Finance and Administration Department, Representation and Advice Department and Activities Department.

General Manager

David is the General Manager and has management responsibility for the running of the Students' Association. He is the main link between the Trustee Board and Students' Association Staff. He advises and supports the Trustee Board and Executive Committee in carrying out their responsibilities.

Finance Manager
Anna is a Senior Manager and has responsibility for the Finance and Admin Department. Anna deals with all the Financial matters within the Students' Association on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Welcome Desk Receptionist
Antje is responsbile for welcoming members and visitors to the Students' Association and providing an efficient and effective administration and secretarial support service to elected officers and staff.

 is responsbile for welcoming members and visitors to the Students' Association and supports the admin functions of the Students' Association.

Marie supports the Sabbatical Officers and General Manager. Marie is the Clerk to the Trustee Board and the Executive Committee. Marie supports the admin functions of the Students' Association.

Representation and Advice Department

Student Adviser
Caroline is responsible for providing confidential support and advice to students who are experiencing all kinds of difficulties during their time at University. This includes providing representation and support to students with Consideration of Special Factors, Academic Appeals and Student Disciplinaries. Caroline has the staff responsibility for the Wellbeing  Volunteers and Wellbeing Campaigns.
Kirsty McGregor Kirsty McGregor
Student Adviser
Kirsty is responsible for providing confidential support and advice to students who are experiencing all kinds of difficulties during their time at University. Kirsty has the staff responsibility for the Nightline Volunteers.

Student Rep Co-ordinator

Kevin is responsible for training and supporting all student reps on campus (class reps, programme board reps and school reps), supporting Caledonian Student Voice, supporting Association campaigns and Elections.

Policy and Campaigns Assistant
Julie is responsible for training and supporting all Student Voice Convenors, maintaining our Green Impact Award, engagement with NUS and supports Association Campaigns.

Activities Manager
Gordon is a Senior Manager and has responsibility for the Activities Department. Gordon is also responsible for coordinating the management, organisation and development of the sports clubs.

Communications and Media Co-ordinator

Josie is responsible for The Edit and Radio Caley volunteers, our graphic design, communications, website and our social media.

Events and Activities Co-ordinator
Jaki is responsible for training and supporting all society convenors, our ambassadors and running out events programme.
Amanda Park
Student Leaders Co-ordinator
