► Students' Association Staff

The Students' Association is split into three departments: Finance and Administration Department, Activities Department and Welfare and Representation Department.

	David Carse General Manager david.carse@gcu.ac.uk	David is the General Manager and has management responsibility for the running of the Students' Association. He is the main link between the Trustee Board and Students' Association Staff. He advises and supports the Trustee Board and Executive Committee in carrying out their responsibilities. David is also temporarily responsible for supporting Radio Caley.
Finance and Administration Department
	Anna Dekar Finance Manager anna.dekar@gcu.ac.uk	Anna is the Finance Manager and is responsible for managing the Finance and Administration Department. Anna also deals with all the Financial matters within the Students' Association on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
	Kirsteen Cox Association Accountant kirsteen.cox@gcu.ac.uk	Kirsteen deals with all the Financial matters within the Students' Association on Monday and Friday.
	Julie Price Association Receptionist studentsassociation@gcu.ac.uk	Julie is responsbile for welcoming members and visitors to the Students' Association and providing an efficient and effective administration and secretarial support service to elected officers and staff.
	Marie Wilkinson Association Administrator marie.wilkinson@gcu.ac.uk	Marie is responsbile for providing an efficient and effective administration and secretarial support service to the General Manager, Trustee Board and Executive Committee. Marie clerks Caledonian Student Voice, Trustee Board, H&S Committee and Executive Committee.
	Matthew Lamb Evening Reception studentsassociation@gcu.ac.uk	Matthew is responsbile for welcoming members and visitors to the Students' Association and providing an efficient and effective administration and secretarial support service to elected officers and staff.
Activities Department
	Gordon McTweed Activities Manager g.mctweed@gcu.ac.uk	Gordon is responsible for managing the Activities Department. Gordon is also responsible for coordinating the management, organisation and development of the sports clubs.
	Josie McKay Communications and Media Co-ordinator josephine.mckay@gcu.ac.uk	Josie is responsible for The Edit magazine and it's volunteers. She is also our graphic designer. She designs and print materials including artwork for Sports, Societies, volunteer groups and Departments.
	Jaki Speirs Activities and Events Co-ordinator jaki.speirs@gcu.ac.uk	Jaki is responsible for training and supporting all society convenors and running out events programme.
	Amanda Park Student Leaders Co-ordinator amanda.park@gcu.ac.uk	Amanda is responsible for all the operational aspects of the Student Leaders Programme.
	Kieran Lynch Active Lifestyles Intern kieran.lynch@gcu.ac.uk	Keiran is responsible for the running of our Active Lifestyles Programme.
	Paul Cameron Minibus Driver Trainer Intern paul.cameron@gcu.ac.uk	Paul is responsible for training students to drive minibuses.
Welfare and Representation Department
	Caroline Miller Welfare Advisor caroline.miller@gcu.ac.uk	Caroline is responsible for providing confidential support and advice to students who are experiencing all kinds of difficulties during their time at University. This includes providing representation and support to students with Consideration of Special Factors, Academic Appeals and Student Disciplinaries. Caroline has the staff responsibility for the Welfare Volunteers and Welfare Campaigns.

	Kevin Ward Student Representative Co-ordinator kevin.ward@gcu.ac.uk	Kevin is responsible for training and supporting all student reps on campus (class reps, programme board reps and school reps), supporting Caledonian Student Parliament, supporting Association campaigns and running Association Elections.
