Taekwon-do

Welcome to Caledonian Taekwon-do, we are a well established and recognised member of the sports union. At the club we practise ITF style Taekwon-do under the supervision and guidance of Mr Andrew K.H. Rhee VI dan (seen right) an international instructor. The Club, founded in 1999, is affiliated with the United Kingdom Taekwon Do Association and attends regular Gradings, Seminars and competitions throughout the year. To date the club has accumulated a handsome trophy list and is looking to expand in numbers for students and trophies.So if you fancy being able to learn how to defend against one or more oponents through sparring, breaking and patterns then Taekwon-Do is the martial art for you. Advertised as THE MOST POWERFUL MARTIAL ART IN THE WORLD! Taekwon-do's popularity is largely due to the fact that it can be practised by anyone of any shape, size or age.
