Karate for Female Self Defence

If you want to learn self defence and your female look no further. For 4 weeks running up to Christmas you can learn self defence on Tuesdays in the Arc for a one off payment of £5. The class is on between 10-11am or you can come at 11am-12noon, whatever suits you best.

The first class is on Tuesday 18th November. You you would like to book a place, just pay your £5 at the Students' Association reception (2nd floor).
