Trampolining Synchronised 1^st

Two GCU students won the synchronised trampolining competition at the recent Irish Student Trampoline Open in Dublin on the 28^th  and 29^th March. Well done to Jenny Gorman (1^st Yr Food Biosciences) and Rachel Silk (3^rd Yr Physiotherapy) who were 1^st out of the 65 pairs that took part.

Spanish Sports Tour

40 GCU students have just returned from a sports tour to Loret De Mar, the group spent a few days soaking up the sun from Monday 13^th to Sunday 19^th April. The student sports club members travelled to the Spanish resort to participate in men’s rugby and mixed hockey and also spend some time relaxing on the beach.
