Silver Level

To complete the Silver Level you must complete the following activities:

1. Have completed the Bronze Level of the programme.

2. Attend the Silver Leadership Seminar.

3. Attend a Personal Development Seminar on Presentation Skills and deliver a short presentation.

4.  Complete reflection and development.  This entails answering questions on what you have learned so far from Bronze and what you want to achieve from the Silver Level.  There will be a Development Log to complete which shows 3 activities where you reflect on the learning process.
