The Office is run by an elected student officer, the Vice President Support & Advice, and a staff member, the Welfare Adviser. We operate as a drop-in centre, but if you want to discuss a complex issue, you can make an appointment with either of us as well.

The office is open Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm (lunch is 12.30-1.30pm usually). If you need any information or advice, pop in and see us, email us at the addresses below, or telephone us on 0141-273-1613.

Welfare Adviser:
Caroline Miller

The Welfare Adviser is a staff member who is employed by the Students' Association to provide support and advice to students who are experiencing difficulty during their time at university, and to represent students on Academic Appeals and to advise on other academic problems.

Caroline can be found in the North Hanover Street Building on the 1st floor, room NH117.

Vice President Support & Advice:
Denise McCaig

The VPSA is a student sabbatical who is elected to co-ordinate matters relating to the welfare of students. In addition, they oversee campaigns on issues relevant to students and represent students on all major committees within the university.

Denise can be found in the North Hanover Street Building on the 2nd floor, room NH211.
