The mission of the Students' Association is to represent and enable students to enhance all aspects of their student experience.
Executive Committee 2013/14
GCU students annually elected four Full Time Officers, they form the Executive Committee. The Full Time Officers are responsible for ensuring the views of GCU students are effectively represented. The minutes of the Executive Committee are published online.

Student President |
The Student President is the figurehead of the Students' Association. They have the responsibility for making sure that the Executive Committee are carrying out the agreed duties and policies. The Student President is a full time position. |

The Vice President Education is responsible for ensuring that GCU students have an ourstanding Student Learning Experience. They work closely with School Officers and Class Reps, promote the work of Caledonian Student Parliament and is the policy lead for the Student Leaders Programme. The VP Education is a full time position. |

In addition to the Student Officers the Students' Association has Convenors to ensure that all the different types of students at GCU are represented. Within your academic school you also have Class Reps and School Officers to represent you.
