Please Note:
1. Affiliated clubs, societies and groups to the Students’ Association will not be charged for stall, room or space bookings where all attendees are GCU students/staff within normal campus hours.
2. Where there are non GCU persons present a discounted room hire charge of up to 50% of full commercial rates will apply. The Conference and Events Unit will be involved in this booking.
3. All stalls, rooms and spaces must be left in a tidy condition and any furniture returned back into the original layout. The University has a right to charge when this does not take place. The amount charged will depend of the condition that the room or space is left.
4. No alcoholic drinks or hot food is allowed to be consumed in University classrooms.
Please note that the University has the right to terminate or regulate this booking, especially when the booking is deemed to be illegal, intimidating, unsafe, offensive or bring the University into disrepute.
A copy of the Regulations for Students’ Association Lets, Stalls and Posters is available on request from the Reception Desk in the Students’ Association.
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis only. Bookings must be made with at least 3 days notice. GCU Room Status checker.
