To book a Students' Association Room or Stall please complete the form below.

1. Affiliated clubs, societies and groups to the Students’ Association will not be charged for stall or room bookings where all attendees are GCU students/staff within normal Students’ Association opening hours.
2. All stalls, rooms and spaces must be left in a tidy condition and any furniture returned back into the original layout. The Students’ Association has a right to charge when this does not take place. The amount charged will depend of the condition that the room or space is left.
3. No alcoholic drinks are allowed to be consumed in the Students’ Association Building without the prior consent of the General Manager.
4. No bake sales can take place unless a Food Handling Certificate is in place.
Please note that the Students’ Association has the right to terminate or regulate this booking, especially when the booking is deemed to be illegal, intimidating, unsafe, offensive or bring the Students’ Association into disrepute.
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis only. Bookings must be made with at least 3 days notice.
