If you are a Students' Association club, society or group and would like to sell tickets for your event, then please fill out the form below.

Selling Tickets

The Students' Association can sell tickets for you. We will only sell paper tickets if the value of the ticket is less than £4. If you ticket is more than £4 we can sell these through our website. Please note that when deciding the price of your ticket you should note that a booking fee is incorporated into the price of the online sale.

Booking Fee Prices:

Ticket price up to £4	£0.60
Ticket price from £4.01 to £10	£0.90
Ticket price from £10.01 to £40	£1.50
Ticket price from £40.01 to £75	£3.00
Ticket price from £75.01 to £100	£4.20

For example:
If you sell a ticket at £5 your club would receive £4.10.
If you sell a ticket at £15 your club would receive £13.50.

For online sales please also note that we do not sell actual tickets. The email that the student receives upon purchase would act as a ticket. The event organiser can also get a list of the names of those who have purchased tickets prior to the event.

By completing this form you consent to Glasgow Caledonian University Students’ Association using the information collected on this form for the purposes of the administration of your event. This information will be securely stored in a locked cabinet or by electronic means and will be appropriately destroyed annually in July.
