Our Welfare Advisers, Caroline and Kirsty, are staff members who are employed by the Students' Association to provide support and advice to students who are experiencing difficulty during their time at university, and to represent and assist students with academic appeals, student disciplinaries, complaints or any other academic problems or processes.
The Welfare Department operates as a drop-in centre, from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm during term and throughout most of the student holidays. If you need some information or advice you can just pop in during these hours and see one of our advisers.
Alteratively you can email the Welfare Advisers with your enquiry at welfare@gcu.ac.uk or phone on 0141-273-1650.
The Welfare Department is located on Level 1 of the Students’ Association building, down the first corridor on the left as you enter the building.
